This policy explains how we handle personal data when you contact us, request information about our products or a distribution partnership, or visit vivafertilis.com.
2. What data we collect
When you contact us or submit a partnership inquiry, whether through the form on this website, through a LinkedIn lead generation form, by email or by phone:
- name and surname
- email address
- phone number
- company name and your position
- country or region
- the content of your inquiry, including product groups of interest, estimated annual volumes and whether you already distribute crop nutrition products
We do not ask for and do not want special category data. Our inquiry forms are intended for business contacts, not for consumers.
When you visit this website, our analytics and advertising tools may collect technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived at the site. These tools are described in section 6.
3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

4. Who has access to your data
Your data is accessible to our employees who need it to answer you: sales, export and marketing.
We also use service providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions:

- LinkedIn, where you submitted your details through a LinkedIn lead generation form
- website analytics and advertising providers, where you consented to those cookies
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some of the providers listed above are established outside the EEA or use infrastructure outside the EEA. Where that happens, the transfer is based on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Until you agree, Google tags run in consent mode and store no identifiers on your device, and the Meta pixel is not loaded at all.
7. If you contacted us through LinkedIn
If you submitted your details through a LinkedIn lead generation form, LinkedIn collected the data inside its own platform, from the fields of your LinkedIn profile, and made it available to us. LinkedIn processes that data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy, available at linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy. We download your details from LinkedIn and from that moment handle them as described in this policy.
8. How long we keep your data
- Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship: 24 months from our last contact with you, after which we delete them.
- Inquiries that lead to a business relationship: for the duration of the relationship and for the retention periods required by accounting and tax law afterwards.
- Consent-based communication: until you withdraw your consent.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
- have your data deleted
- ask us to restrict processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interest
- receive your data in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
To use any of these rights, write to info@vivafertilis.com. We reply within one month. If we cannot identify you from the request alone, we may ask for information that allows us to do so.
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Lithuanian supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt), or to the supervisory authority of your own country.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we update this policy and change the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page.
